The role emphasizes professional interactions, prompt support, and strong knowledge of club policies. Responsibilities include greeting members, guiding tours, signing up new members, processing payments, and keeping the front desk organized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Onsite work required—no remote option.
• Upbeat, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

• Commitment to cleanliness and positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies and procedures.

• Obtain CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain tanning certification within company requirements.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• E-Verify participation for Utah locations.
• This position requires on-site work.
