Job summary

SECU in Dunn, NC is seeking an Associate MSO to learn foundational branch operations and deliver exemplary member service in person and by phone. You will begin training in lending and collections at this level.

You will gain experience in cash handling, account origination, wire transfers, notary services, and member support with guidance from experienced MSR/MSO staff. Adherence to policies, confidentiality, and ongoing training are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and demonstrate SECU’s Core Values.
• Must complete the Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.
• Must learn and follow SECU policies, security measures, and regulatory requirements.
• Must be able to balance a cash drawer and process basic consumer transactions.
• Familiarity with cash handling, wire transfers, and notary services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with service requests via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Respond to member inquiries; perform routine branch duties per procedures.
• Handle cash drawer, balance, and cash handling processes.
• Process foreign and domestic wire transfers and assist with currency exchanges.
• Learn lending, collections, and consumer products with supervision and training.
