State Employees' Credit Union in Raleigh is seeking an Associate MSO to learn branch operations and provide exemplary member service through in-person and telephone inquiries, including cash handling and basic account origination.

You will begin training in lending and collections at this level and progress through additional SECU training modules while supporting day-to-day branch activities and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn branch operations and lending basics.
• Ability to follow SECU policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members courteously in person or by phone.
• Respond to member inquiries and process routine transactions.
• Manage cash drawer and perform basic account maintenance.
• Assist with notary services and referrals to lending products.
• Organize documents and support cross-department requests.
• Participate in training modules and comply with regulatory requirements.
