Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union in North Carolina is seeking an Associate Member Services Officer (MSO) to support routine branch operations and provide exemplary member service by phone and in person. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and complete Core Module Program within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and by phone with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle cash drawer operations and balance per standards.
• Respond to inquiries, process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Learn lending and collection basics and assist with referrals as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
