Job summary

SECU in North Carolina is seeking an entry-level Associate MSO to support branch operations, deliver exemplary member service by phone and in person, and assist with cash handling, account origination and maintenance. You will begin training in lending and collections at this level.

You will complete training modules, learn CXone, and collaborate with other departments to fulfill member requests while upholding privacy and security standards; regular attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn branch operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• Handle cash drawer and basic account activities.
• Process wire transfers and assist with notary services.
• Support lending and collections training.
