Job summary

SECU in Cary seeks an entry-level Associate MSR to support branch operations and provide exemplary member service. You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels while assisting with routine transactions and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to participate in training and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, over the phone, and digitally.
• Process routine transactions and balance cash drawer per standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures for member information.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance and basic account opening as learned.
• Balance vault, ATMs, and teller cash dispenser as directed by procedures.
• Interact with other departments to fulfill member requests.
