Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect and trust.
• Must complete SECU Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by performing transactions and balancing cash drawer.
• Greet and assist members in-person, by phone, and digitally.
• Process wires and currency exchanges as needed.
• Maintain documents and records; support branch operations.
