Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open new memberships and accounts, and update existing accounts.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Enter transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports (vault control, returns, gift cards, tickets, forgeries, coin sorter).
• Assist with account problems and verify reconciliations.
• Process credit card advances with approving officer input.
• Answer phones, file paperwork, scan documents.
• May train in other branch operations.
