Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English fluently and communicate clearly with members.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with their needs or direct to the appropriate person.
• Educate members on services and open or maintain accounts.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed and maintain vault records.
• Handle new membership applications and account changes.
• Answer phone, file documents, and perform clerical duties.
