Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an Associate Member Services Officer to begin foundational training in branch operations and member service. You will support in-person and phone inquiries, assist with cash box management, and participate in early lending and collections training under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust.
• Willingness to complete the Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner through all service channels – in-person, phone, and digital communication.
• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person, including cash box management, account origination and maintenance.
• Assist with Notary Public services as requested by management and learn lending/collections at this level.
