• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust.
• Must demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or CCUE certification; NC-CTP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Balance a cash drawer and process branch transactions accurately.
• Assist with account origination, maintenance, and wire transfers.
• Follow security, confidentiality, and SECU policies at all times.
