Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or AA/AS via NC-CTP preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
Answer phones and handle member service requests.
Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to policies.
Operate drive-through window as needed and manage cash deposits/withdrawals.
Balance vaults and ATMs, and verify mobile/check deposits daily.
Assist with new accounts and basic account openings under supervision.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with security procedures and regulatory requirements.
