Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and giving feedback.
• Support member service by assisting members with purchases and inquiries.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts as needed.
• Handle claims and returns and manage area merchandising and cleanliness.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, training, and policy adherence.
