Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and cash register.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties and provide guidance.
• Communicate membership information and promote programs and benefits.
• Support member service by helping customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Oversee area operations, handle transactions and maintain records.
• Collaborate with managers to improve processes and meet goals.
• Uphold Open Door Policy and ethical standards.
