Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assigning duties.
• Provide training and guidance on member service approaches and techniques.
• Promote member services and process memberships and credit accounts.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and transactions at registers or self-checkout.
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, claims and returns, and cash handling.
