Sam's Club is seeking a team-oriented leader to supervise front-end associates, train staff, and ensure excellent member service. You will manage duties, guide associates on service approaches, and help resolve member issues following company guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting members with purchases, promoting memberships, and coordinating scheduling and coaching. Benefits and a performance-based bonus program are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by directing duties, giving feedback, and training on processes and member service approaches.
• Assist members with purchases, locate merchandise, and support self-checkout and pickup orders.
• Handle claims/returns, organize merchandise, and maintain club cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff; promote membership and benefits.
