Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction and feedback.
• Communicate goals and feedback; train associates on processes and procedures.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; promote membership renewals.
• Provide member service by assisting members with purchases, locating merchandise and using self-checkout.
• Complete accounting records and deposits following procedures; handle cash and reconcile drawers.
