Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing direction and feedback.
• Provide member service by helping customers locate merchandise, answering questions and assisting with purchases.
• Support marketing events and promotions and process memberships and upgrades when applicable.
• Handle claims and returns, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
