Job summary

America's Credit Union (ACU) is seeking a Member Service Representative II at the Spanaway Branch. This part-time role (38 hours) focuses on member transactions, card services, and branch support with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more of financial institution experience (new accounts preferred).
• Bondable and able to handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help members with transactions in person or by phone.
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy.
• Guide members on teller transaction codes and check cashing.
• Issue, reissue, or hot card ATM/Visa Debit cards and resolve related issues.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in training sessions.
