Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience with delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency with multitasking and building relationships; confidentiality and discretion are important.
• Good listening skills and tactful delivery essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs member servicing using computerized systems for verification.
• Gathers information to complete transactions.
• Validate information and perform video banking functions.
• Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintains a positive, friendly, professional attitude and appearance.
• Keeps pace with changes in products and services; ongoing training on BSA/AML compliance.
• Completes and adheres to annual training on policies and procedures.
• Completes periodic training on updates in policies and procedures.
