Qualifications

• Education/experience: high school diploma or GED and relevant experience.
• Strong ability to process transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Ability to cross-sell products to members.

Responsabilités

• Provide members with service on transactions over the counter, by phone, and by mail.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and inquiries.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet goals.
