Job summary

ACU is seeking a dynamic Member Service Representative II to join our team. You will assist credit union members with transactions in person or by phone, balancing cash and handling cards with care.

The role requires six months of financial services experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. You’ll grow with comprehensive training and a friendly, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more of financial institution experience (new account experience preferred).
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Help members with transactions in person or by phone.
• Handle transactions and provide expert guidance to members.
• Be the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing.
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Issue, reissue, or hot card ATM/Visa Debit cards.
• Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards.
