• Six months or more of financial institution experience (new account experience preferred).
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Help members with transactions in person or by phone.
• Handle transactions and provide expert guidance to members.
• Be the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing.
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Issue, reissue, or hot card ATM/Visa Debit cards.
• Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards.

So, if you're ready to make a real impact on people's lives, keep reading, because this could be the start of something extraordinary…What You'll Do:Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way - in person or by phoneHandle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our membersBecome the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashingManage accounts with the utmost attention to detailTake charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cardsAssist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cardsBalance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timelinessShowcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employeesAttend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessionsBranch HoursMonday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pmSaturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pmThe Pay Range:$20.05 - $30.80.Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. An applicant with the minimum six months of financial institution experience (to include new accounts) can expect to start at $20.05 per hour.
