Job summary

America's Credit Union (ACU) is seeking a Member Service Representative II at the Spanaway Branch. This part-time role (38 hours) focuses on member transactions, card services, and branch support with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer care.

Responsibilities

So, if you're ready to make a real impact on people's lives, keep reading, because this could be the start of something extraordinary...****What You'll Do:*** Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way - in person or by phone* Handle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our members* Become the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing* Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail* Take charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cards* Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards* Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness* Showcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees* Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessions```Branch HoursMonday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pmSaturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm```**The Pay Range:**$20.05 - $30.80. Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time.
