• Open and service accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, certificates) and process deposits/loans.
• Assist members with electronic banking tools and teller transactions.
• Identify member needs and refer to appropriate services and departments.
• Maintain accuracy and security in all cash handling and transactions.
• Support branch operations and provide notary or ancillary services as needed.
• Document and resolve member issues in a timely manner.
