Qualifications

• Deliver superior member service and resolve inquiries.
• Process memberships and loan applications; manage cash-related duties.
• Protect member information and ensure security.
• Cross-sell products using the TMC process to uncover member needs.
• Maintain neat, organized workspace and support branch staffing.
