Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1 year of Customer Service with Sales/Production goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional Member Service skills.

• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Embraces technology.
• Proficient with Computers and multiple software systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Jack Henry Symitar/Episys, Meridian Link, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service by treating members with respect and professionalism.
• Complete membership and loan applications and handle cash-related responsibilities.
• Protect member information and cross-sell Credit Union products using the 5 Step TMC process.
• Assist in branch activities at ITMs, Service Window, or Sales Desk as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and promote a positive image.
