Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and software systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior member service at the branch.
• Process membership and loan applications.
• Resolve account issues and handle cash.
• Protect member information and security.
• Cross-sell products via conversations using the Total Member Connect process.
• Assist in ITMs, service window, or sales desk tasks.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
• Support Dual Control processes as needed.
