Job summary

Police & Fire Federal Credit Union in Warminster, PA is seeking a capable Member Service Specialist I to deliver premier member service in-branch and to support our growth through the Total Member Connect (TMC) process. You will assist members with transactions, applications, and product inquiries, while maintaining privacy and accuracy.

Entry-level role with training in multiple systems and strong expectations for quality service, teamwork, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 1 year of Customer Service with Sales/Production goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional Member Service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stay professional under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, Jack Henry Symitar/Episys, Meridian Link.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the credit union's commitment to members and leads by example.
• Deliver superior member service with friendly, professional interaction.
• Handle branch duties: membership and loan applications, account issues, cash handling.
• Ensure member information is secure and protected.
• Cross-sell products using the Total Member Connect process.
• Use resources efficiently to handle inquiries and complete tasks.
• Contribute to branch staffing coverage and first impressions.
• Assist ITMs, Service Window, or Sales Desk as needed.
