Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service in branch operations.
• Assist with membership and loan applications, and cash handling at the window/ITM.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products using Total Member Connect (TMC).
• Protect member information and ensure security.
• Maintain branch organization and adapt to staffing needs.
• Present a professional image and promote corporate values.
