Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service with sales/production goals preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional demeanor under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Jack Henry Symitar/Episys, Meridian Link, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Adheres to member service commitments and leads by example.
• Deliver superior member service with friendly, professional behavior.
• Process membership and loan applications and resolve account issues.
• Protect member information and data security.
• Cross-sell products using the Total Member Connect process.
• Assist in ITMs, service windows, or sales desks as needed.
