Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least one year of customer service preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethics.
• Attend community events on behalf of the credit union.
• Proficient with varying levels of technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all whom we serve.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Assist members with Digital Banking enrollment and navigation.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Refer appropriate products and services to deepen member relationships.
• Perform routine teller duties and support branch operations.
