Job summary

You will assist with digital banking, maintenance, and fraud disputes while exploring opportunities to deepen member relationships.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with about one year of customer service experience preferred and some cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least one year of customer service preferred.
• Some cash handling experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality, control risk, and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all whom we serve.
• Perform teller transactions and account maintenance with accuracy.
• Assist members with Digital Banking enrollment, navigation, resets, and maintenance.
• Assist members with routine fraud disputes.
• Refer products and services to deepen member relationships.
