Gesa Credit Union is seeking an Entry to Part-Time Member Service Associate in Spokane, WA. You will deliver exceptional service, perform teller transactions, and assist members with digital banking while referring opportunities to strengthen member relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Some cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all whom we serve.
• Process routine member transactions and assist with teller duties.
• Assist members with Digital Banking enrollment and navigation.
• Refer, follow up, and nurture member relationships to deepen banking connections.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and balance cash drawer at shift end.
