• Provide exceptional member service to all whom we serve and resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate complex concerns to more senior team members as needed.
• Refer products and services to deepen member relationships and support colleagues as appropriate.
• Make outbound calls to establish, grow, and nurture member relationships.
