Job summary

Gesa Credit Union in Richland, WA seeks a detail-oriented Member Service Associate to provide exceptional service and handle routine teller transactions. You will assist with digital banking, education, and routine account maintenance while supporting community engagement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, basic cash handling skills, and a commitment to the credit union’s values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Some cash handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrate support for credit union values and service standards.
• Attend and engage in community events on behalf of the credit union.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all whom we serve.
• Solve problems, take ownership of member concerns, provide prompt resolutions, and follow up as appropriate.
• Make outbound calls to establish, grow, and nurture member relationships.
• Assist members with Digital Banking enrollment, navigation, resets, and maintenance.
• Perform teller transactions and service requests on member accounts accurately and timely.
• Accurately follow all cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer at end of shift.
