Job summary

Greater Nevada Credit Union in Reno, NV is seeking a Teller to greet members, handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments, and promote the credit union’s products and services.

You will balance cash drawers, maintain accuracy, follow regulations, build relationships with members, and contribute to community service, with a competitive hourly wage and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience
• 6 months cash handling preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet members, listen to needs, and assist in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard member confidentiality and prevent fraud.
