Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience
• 6 months cash handling preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet members, listen to needs, and assist in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard member confidentiality and prevent fraud.
