Greater Nevada Credit Union is seeking a Teller at the Ely Branch for a 30-hour schedule. You will perform cash transactions, greet members, and provide personalized financial assistance in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar).
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with their needs in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to protect member information and prevent fraud.
• Support teammates to deliver exceptional member experiences.
