This full-time role requires cash handling and customer service experience, with opportunities to cross-sell services, work with a close-knit team, and participate in community programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience.
• 6 months cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and assist in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and protect member confidentiality.
