Qualifications

6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment.
6+ months cash handling experience.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment for members by greeting them warmly, actively listening to their needs, and assisting in a friendly and professional manner.
Conduct various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, with precision and attention to detail.
Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
Educate members on GNCU products and services and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard confidentiality and prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.
