• 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for members by greeting them warmly, actively listening to their needs, and assisting in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, with precision and attention to detail.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard confidentiality and prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.
