Greater Nevada Credit Union is seeking a Teller at the Spanish Springs branch in Sparks, NV to serve members with friendly, personalized financial solutions. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar).
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting members warmly and listening to their needs.
• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to protect confidentiality and prevent fraud.
