Job summary

Greater Nevada Credit Union, a division of America First, is seeking a Teller to serve as the face of the credit union and deliver personalized financial solutions. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while building rapport with members in Dayton, NV.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer service and cash handling experience, with a High School Diploma or GED and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service in a customer-facing environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide welcoming, friendly service.
• Conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and cross-sell as appropriate.
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies to protect member information and prevent fraud.
