Planet Fitness is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to create a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and prospective members. You will greet people, manage the front desk, sign up new members, and provide tours while maintaining a clean and friendly club environment.

You will handle member questions, update accounts, and respond professionally with a positive, can-do attitude. Punctuality and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills and professional interaction with members and coworkers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, assist callers and check members into the system.
• Facilitate new member sign-ups and give tours to prospective members.
• Update members' account information as needed and respond to questions in a timely, professional manner.
• Elevate issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when needed and help maintain a clean club environment.
