The role requires Monday–Saturday availability, handling deposits and withdrawals, issuing debit cards, and resolving basic service requests while ensuring policy adherence and regulatory compliance. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Excellent member service and ability to identify member needs.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships by identifying needs and offering products/services.
• Refer members to the platform or business partners for additional opportunities.
• Manage teller line and drive-up traffic to minimize waiting times.
• Support branch operations including opening/closing procedures, daily reports, audits and regulatory compliance.
