FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Riverhead, NY, is seeking a friendly Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences while processing transactions and supporting daily branch operations.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, checks, and card requests with accuracy, help members identify solutions, and participate in compliance and frontline service. Monday through Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately using FourLeaf systems per policies and procedures.
• Build member relationships and identify needs to suggest products and services.
• Refer members to the platform or partners to assist with banking needs.
