The position emphasizes compliance with banking regulations, risk awareness, and helping manage the teller line to minimize wait times while supporting branch operations and member service goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC and Windows applications.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships and identify product needs to refer to FourLeaf products and partners as appropriate.
• Maintain branch controls, reconciliations, and reports per banking regulations.
• Assist with lobby management and provide exceptional member experiences.
