Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify member needs and refer beneficial products and services.
• Refer members to platform or partners to assist banking needs.
• Greet and engage members upon entry; assist lobby with service queues.
• Support branch operations by following procedures and regulatory requirements.
