The role requires Monday–Saturday availability and 1–4 years of cash handling or customer service experience. A High School Diploma or GED is needed.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, checks, card requests) with accuracy and courtesy.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and build lasting relationships.
• Identify member needs and refer FourLeaf products and partners when beneficial.
• Assist with lobby management and welcome members entering the branch.
