Qualifications

• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Cultivate member relationships and share product knowledge.
• Refer members to platforms or partners for additional banking needs.
• Support branch operations including opening/closing, reports, and compliance.
• Maintain cash controls and reconciliations per policies.
