FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to deliver outstanding member experiences by processing transactions and building lasting relationships at the branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related services with accuracy, while upholding regulatory standards.

The role requires Monday–Saturday availability, a focus on customer service, and the ability to refer members to FourLeaf products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and build relationships.
• Identify member needs and refer products/services when appropriate.
• Refer members to partners and assist with lobby flow and service requests.
• Maintain branch controls, daily reports, and compliance with banking regulations.
